Earning cash-back deals on purchases made with your debit or credit card is easy.

To redeem your activated offer, simply make a qualifying transaction at the activated merchant. Review the offer details to ensure you meet the offer requirements. Once redeemed, your account will automatically receive a statement credit within two billing cycles.

If any card on your profile is ineligible, cash‑back deals may not appear.

To activate, view and favorite cash-back deals using digital banking

Locate your cash-back deals in the Rewards tab, then to right you'll see Cash-back deals. 

• Online banking user: Cash-back deals are located below Activity on the right.
• U.S. Bank Mobile App user: Scroll down to the Cash-back deals section.

To view and activate deals

1. Select View all deals.
2. To activate, either select the (+) icon or open the tile and choose Activate.
3. To see deals you’ve already activated, go to the Activated tab.

To view your earned rewards

1. Select View all deals. Your total cash back earned is at the top.
2. Choose the Redeemed tab to find information on specific offer redemption details, such as:
   • Amount ($) earned on individual purchases.
   • The date the cash back was earned.
   • The merchant where the cash back was earned.

To favorite brands you love

Favoriting brands helps you quickly find deals for your favorite merchants.

1. Select View all deals.
2. Choose the heart icon in the upper‑right corner of the deal tile.
3. View all your favorites in the Favorites tab.

More information

Most personal debit and credit cards are eligible for cash‑back deals.

You may not see cash‑back deals if you:

• Have not activated your personal card
• Have a retail credit card, such as Harley‑Davidson® or BMW®
• Have a business debit or credit card
• Have one or more ineligible cards on your profile
