How do I schedule a branch appointment with a specific banker?

How to schedule a branch appointment using online banking

You must be logged into your account at usbank.com.

  1. Select Need help? at the top of the page, then choose Make a personal appointment.
  2. Tell us about why you'd like to see us.
    1. Make a personal appointment or Make a business appointment.
    2. Select a service from the list. If you don't see your topic or you're not sure which one to choose, select, "Learn more and apply for a credit card". 
  3. Select In Person, then Locations near me or choose the Previously booked option and press Select.
  4. If you have a preferred staff member, choose A specific staff member, otherwise you'll select Anyone who speaks English or Anyone who speaks Spanish.
  5. Select a date and time.
  6. Enter your details.
  7. Then select Book appointment.

How to schedule a branch appointment using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Open the main menu in the upper-left corner, select Help & services, then choose Make an appointment
  2. Select whether you'd like to visit us about Make a personal appointment or Make a business appointment.
    • Select a service from the provided list. If you don't see your topic or you're not sure which to choose, select, "Learn more and apply for a credit card". 
  3. Select your preferred meeting method:
    • In person
    • Phone
    • Video
  4. Select a location.
  5. Choose from preferred staff:
    • Anyone who speaks English
    • Anyone who speaks Spanish
    • A specific staff member
  6.  Select the date and time you'd like to meet.
  7.  Enter your contact details.
  8. When ready, select Book appointment.

We offer the option to request a specific banker when scheduling an appointment. We'll do our best to accommodate; however, if that person isn't available, you may be scheduled with another banker.

Please keep your confirmation email so you can reschedule or cancel, if needed. If you're a Wealth Management customer, contact your Wealth Management banker directly to schedule an appointment.
