Card packet: You can find fee information in the Fee Schedule section included in the card packet. It has details about how to add money, get cash, and what fees may be associated with using your card outside the United States. 

Online banking: You may also view your Fee Schedule by logging into your account at usbankfocus.com.

Phone: Call Cardholder Services at 877-474-0010 to request fee information.
