How do I see my transaction details and history?

You can view the last 18 months’ worth of transactions within digital banking. For transactions older than six months, you may need to use the search function to locate them. Search using a range of dates, amounts, check numbers, or keywords.

To see your transaction details and history using online banking or the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. From your dashboard, select the respective account that received the charges or credits you want to see.
  2. Scroll through the list to review your transaction history. Select the chevron next to the transaction to see more details.
    • A digital receipt may be available for transactions where the physical card is not present.
      • Digital receipts are basic, itemized receipts provided by participating merchants.
      • Details can vary from merchant to merchant.
      • The digital version may not match the original receipt. If there are any discrepancies you’re concerned about, contact the merchant involved.
      • When selecting some digital receipts, you may be redirected to the merchant’s website to view them.
    • Other options, such as “Split the Bill with Zelle” or “Set up ExtendPay Plan”, may appear for qualified transactions.
