Why didn't I get credit for a completed cash-back deal?

Cash-back deals may have specific requirements supplied by the merchant. Review the offer details by selecting the deal in question on the cash-back deals page. Here are the most common reasons why you may not have received a credit.

  • You completed the cash-back deal within the past 1 to 2 billing cycles and the credit is still processing.
  • The offer may not have been activated.
  • The offer expired before it was completed.
  • An ineligible debit or credit card was used at checkout.
  • The offer's requirements weren't completed or only partially completed.
