When I update my personal information, does this change where my alerts are sent?

We send the following alerts to the primary email address on file. After you change it, we send these alerts to the new email address.

  • Security alerts
  • Branch eReceipts


You will need to update most other alerts individually. This includes:

  • Account alerts
  • Bill pay alerts
  • Zelle® alerts
