What happens if I forgot or changed my username/password for a linked external account?

If you’ve forgotten your username or password, you’ll want to use your bank’s login assistance option. If you make any changes to your username or password, you’ll need to update your login credentials.

How to update login details for linked external account in online banking

  1. From the account dashboard, select Accounts. Then choose Manage accounts from the dropdown menu.
  2. Select the linked external account and choose Check your credentials.
  3. Login with your updated credentials and follow the steps prompted by your other bank. 
  4. Select Done to link your account.
