You can order another debit card with the same card number if it's damaged or you’d like to have a different card design.

To replace a debit card using online banking

1. Select Accounts at the top of the page, then choose Manage cards.
2. Select Replacement card within the Control section.
3. Choose the debit card you want replaced and select Continue.
4. Choose New card design or Damaged, then select Continue.
   Note: If you have more than one user, you may be asked to select who should receive a replacement card.
5. Select the image you want on your card. You can choose a new card design or keep the existing one. Then choose Select this design.
6. Review your address and the order details. If everything's correct, select Submit my order.

To replace a debit card using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Open the main menu, choose Manage cards.
2. Select the debit card to replace.
3. Select Order a new card within the Control section
4. Choose New card design or Damaged, then select Next.
   Note: If you have more than one user, you may be asked to select who should receive a replacement card.
5. Select the image you want on your card. You can choose a new card design or keep the existing one. Then choose Next.
6. Review your address and the order details. If everything’s correct, select Submit.
