Income from merchant services shows data collected about credit card sales processed through your U.S. Bank business account.
- Details include sales, associated fees, chargebacks, and adjustments.
- Data results can vary based on the timing of deposits and withdrawals in your account.
- Payment information is updated nightly, Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays.
- Up to six months’ worth of data about your income from merchant services is available.
To view your income from merchant services using online banking
- From your dashboard, select Manage business, then choose Income from merchant services.
- Use the Time-period drop-down menu to choose from the last seven days, 30 days, or six months. The page will automatically refresh based on what’s chosen.
- The graph at the top shows how much money in sales was made for the time selected.
- The Payments breakdown section reflects four categories: Sales, Fees, Chargebacks, and Adjustments.
- The Volume column shows the individual counts per category.
- The Amount column shows the total amounts for each category.
- The Payments total is the net income amount.
The option to view your income from merchant services is only available on the full usbank.com website. This option is not available on the U.S. Bank Mobile App.
