If you're traveling anywhere within the United States, there's no need to let us know. We'll continue to monitor your account for suspicious activity. 

If you're traveling internationally and expect to make charges, let us know ahead of time through digital banking. This will help us protect you against potentially fraudulent activity. You can:

• Add the notification(s) as much as 90 days before your travel start date.
• Edit or delete notifications as many times as you'd like.
• Add multiple trips or destinations (up to five), as long as the dates for each don't overlap.
• Easily use our Smart Assistant to add a travel notification.  

Please note, the maximum number of days per travel notification is 90 days (after the start date).

To add, edit, or delete travel notifications using online banking

1. Select Accounts from the top of your screen, then choose Manage cards.
2. Scroll to the Control section and select Travel notifications. 
3. Choose Add a trip, or if there's a previously entered notification you want to change, select Edit trip or Delete trip.
   • Adding a trip:
     1. Enter the country you're traveling to. If there are multiple countries, you can add up to five of them.
     2. Enter the start and stop dates of your trip.
     3. Mark the check box for each card that will be used on the trip, then select Save.
   • Edit trip: Complete the form and choose Save.
   • Delete trip: Select Delete to confirm the removal and complete the action.

To add, edit or delete travel notifications using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Open the main menu then choose Manage cards.
2. Select the card you'll be traveling with, then choose Travel notification.
3. Select Add a trip, or if there's a previously entered notification you want to modify, choose it to update or delete.
   • Add a trip:
     1. Select Add a destination and choose the country you're visiting. You can add up to five of them.
     2. Enter the start and stop dates of your trip.
     3. Select each card that will be used on the trip, then select Submit.  
   • Edit trip: Complete the form and choose Save.
   • Delete trip: Select Delete to confirm the removal and complete the action.
