Great news! Your personal debit and credit cards are automatically enrolled in the cash-back deals program. However, you will only receive cash back on the deals you activate and complete. If you don’t want to participate in the cash-back deals program, you can unenroll anytime.

To opt out of cash-back deals using online banking

1. Select Profile & settings at the top of the page, then choose Alerts & notifications.
2. From the Notifications list select Offers & insights.
3. Locate Cash-back deals program and use the toggle switches to turn it off.

To opt out of cash-back deals using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Open the main menu and select Notifications.
2. Select Cash-back deals from the Notifications menu list.
3. Choose Opt out of cash-back deals at the bottom of the screen.
