Why am I still getting emails sent to my old email address after I've updated it?

When you change your email address within digital banking, it may need to be updated in multiple areas. We suggest checking these places below to verify the email address listed is right. Please note, you’ll want to check these areas for each of your accounts.

  • Alerts & notifications
  • Profile & settings
  • Email address linked to your Zelle® profile
