When someone accepts a U.S. Bank ExtendPay offer, it’s usually with the intention to pay it off over time.

If you choose one of these offers, we’ll check your autopay setup. And if it’s set to pay the statement balance in full, we’ll ask if you want to change that before accepting the offer.
If you accept the offer and don’t change your autopay setup, you can change it afterwards. Just remember, you’ll need to change it three or more business days before the scheduled payment date.
That’s because changes made to a payment within three business days of the scheduled payment date can’t be cancelled or adjusted. In this case, autopay changes go into effect for the next billing cycle.
