How do I manage the access third-party companies have to my data?

You can easily track the companies that access your U.S. Bank account data and control what's being shared. 

To manage what third-party companies have access to using online banking 

  1. Select Profile & settings in the top right corner of the page, then choose Data sharing & privacy.
  2. Select Manage from the My controls tile.
  3. A list of companies that have access to your data will appear. Select Manage sharing details or Stop sharing to manage accordingly.

To manage or stop sharing your information using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. Open the main menu.
  2. Choose Manage accounts.
  3. Select Manage sharing details or Stop sharing under the business' name to manage accordingly.

If you provided a third party with your specific login credentials to collect your financial data, that company won't appear on our list. If you're in this situation and need to manage your sharing preferences, you can: 

  • Reset your password to block third-party access to your account.
    OR
  • Work directly with the third party to manage your sharing preferences.
