Please be aware, only an authorized officer can accept a U.S. Bank ExtendPay® Plan offer.

• If the business credit card is set up with central billing, the authorized officer will select transactions posted to the central billing account. Which is linked to all business credit cards issued. Central billing is a billing type in which transactions from all linked cards roll over to one account.
• If the business credit card is set up with individual billing, the authorized officer can only select transactions from their own business credit card. Individual billing is a billing type in which transactions from cards are not rolled over to one account. They remain on their respective card accounts.
