If an ACH payment requires secondary approval and another owner doesn't approve it before the cut off time, the payment gets cancelled. The cut off time is 8 p.m. CT for same day payments and within three business days for future dated payments. An ACH payment can also be cancelled when another owner denies approval.

Whenever an ACH payment is cancelled, an email is sent to all the owners on file. If the business still wants to make the payment, a new ACH payment needs to be submitted.
