Change your Real-Time Rewards criteria or unenroll anytime you'd like. If you change your mind, you can always re-enroll.

To edit Real-Time Rewards settings using online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Select your credit card from the dashboard and choose Rewards. Then select Redeem rewards.
2. Choose Real-Time Rewards, then select Edit Real-Time Rewards settings. 
3. Select Edit settings and complete the requested information.
   • Change the mobile number that receives these alerts and confirm it.
   • Change the minimum purchase amount.
   • Check or uncheck the purchase categories.
4. Review the terms. If you accept, then mark the check box and select Continue.
5. Review your enrollment information. If correct, select Confirm.

To unenroll from Real-Time Rewards using online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Select your credit card from the dashboard and choose Rewards. Then select Redeem rewards.
2. Choose Real-Time Rewards, then select Edit Real-Time Rewards settings. 
3. Choose Opt-out. Select Yes, opt-out once more to confirm your unenrollment.
