Confirming your email address adds another level of security to your account. Verifying it lets us confidently send you security alerts and one-time passcodes by email.

How to confirm your email address using online banking

1. From the dashboard select Profile & settings, then Personal details.
2. You can Edit your email address, or see that it is confirmed by the green check mark.
3. Access your email to retrieve the six-digit code we've sent.
   • The code is valid for 15 minutes.
   • If you don't receive it, select Send new code.
4. Enter the six-digit code and select Continue. Your email is now confirmed!

How to I confirm your email address using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. Open the main menu and select your name under Profile & settings.
2. Select Personal details.
3. You can edit or confirm the email address displayed. 
4. Access your email to retrieve the six-digit code we've sent.
   • The code is valid for 15 minutes.
   • If you don't receive it, select Send new code.
5. Enter the six-digit code and select Continue. Your email is now confirmed!
