What is U.S. Bank's Text Message Policy?

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages, along with the services requested from U.S Bank and its affiliates and agents.

When you consent to receive text messages:

  • The frequency varies according to your account and preferences.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt-out, reply "STOP" to the text message received. You can also contact us at (800)236-3998. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you.
  • To request support, reply "HELP" to the text message received or contact us at (800)236-3998.
  • Texts are sent as MMS. However, if your phone doesn't support it, you'll receive an SMS text instead.

Our alerts are all automated: text messages, emails, or an automatic telephone dialing system. This means if you want to use a cellular phone or other wireless device to receive alerts, we need your consent. See alsoHow do I update my consent to contact preferences?
