• Needs to be a resident of the United States or one of its territories.
• Has to have an SSN.
• Have a U.S. registered mobile number that can receive text messages.

There's no guarantee you'll be approved for an Avvance loan. If the application is denied, you'll be notified immediately and receive a letter in the mail explaining the decision. 

The following factors may affect your eligibility: 

• Your credit score and credit use. 
• Payment history with U.S. Bank, including overdue payments, deferred payments, and loan delinquency.
• Number of Avvance loans you currently have.
• Income and debt verification.
• Any recent bankruptcy filings.
