Spend Management expense policy violation email alerts will include:

• Reason(s) the transaction is in violation of the policy.
• Instructions to resolve the violation.
• Information about what would happen if you fail to comply or correct the issue.

Once you’ve entered the missing transaction information required per the Spend Management policy parameters, the violation will be resolved.
