Account access permissions for each section of the U.S. Bank Spend Management platform—Admins, Cards, and Transactions—are customizable and based on the following permissions key:
Here is a breakdown to understand the account access sections and permission options for each.
Admin – Full access: The administrator can add, edit, and remove other administrators. They can also manage user permissions by granting or revoking admin privileges. However, they cannot delete their own profile or the profile of the account owner. Additionally, they are only able to view the account owner’s profile.
Admin – View: The administrator can only view all admin users, including themselves and the account owner’s profile. They cannot add, edit, or delete admins.
Admin – No access: This administrator has no access to other admins and cannot view the account owner’s profile.
Cards – Full access: The administrator can add, edit, or delete cards and users. They can edit their own card but cannot delete it or an account owner’s card. They can also approve, deny, and edit approval requests.
Cards – View only: The administrator can only view all cards but cannot edit them. They can request card changes through the approval requests.
Cards – No access: This administrator cannot view any cards, except their own card. They cannot edit any cards, including their card(s). They can request card changes through approval requests.
Transactions – Full access: This administrator can configure account settings based on the account's Spend Management plan. Some examples of account settings are custom mapping, auto-categorization, connecting and disconnecting accounting software, bulk editing transactions with accounting categories, and tagging individual transactions with accounting categories. Once again, these account settings depend upon the options available under the account's Spend Management plan.
Transaction – View Only: This administrator can only view all transactions, including company transactions.
Transaction – No access: This administrator cannot view transactions related to any other user except for their own transactions.
