What do I do if a Spend Management card is lost or stolen?

Spend Management owners can report their or their employee’s card as lost, stolen or never received. An admin or department lead can report only if their card is lost or stolen. 

  1. Select Cards in the menu of Spend Mangement. 
  2. Select the card that is lost, stolen or never received.
  3. Select Report card lost or stolen from the side menu. 
  4. Select Continue to be directed to the U.S. Bank Online Banking dashboard to continue the process of reporting the card.  

Note: Select Transactions to review recent transactions for fraudulent activity. If you do not recognize one or more transactions, call our Cardmember Service Fraud Operations at 866-737-6844 and one of our service representatives will assist you.
