How do I edit card controls using Spend Management?

Account owners, admin, or department leads* with full access to the Card permissions can edit card controls in Spend Management. Users can submit requests to change controls, which must be approved by the account owner or admin(s). 

  1. Go to the Cards section in Spend Management.
  2. Choose the card you want to update controls for.
  3. Select Card controls from the side menu options.
  4. Update necessary controls and then choose Save changes. 

Note: The feature of department leads and departments is part of the Pro Plus Spend Management plan.
