How do I edit card controls using Spend Management?

The following instructions are for how the account owner, admin, or department lead* with full access to the Card permissions can edit card controls in Spend Management. Users can submit approval requests to change controls, which must be approved by the account owner or admin(s). 

  1. Navigate to the Cards section in Spend Management and select the card for which you’d like to edit controls.  
  2. Select Card controls from the side menu options.  
  3. Update necessary controls and then Save changes. 

Note: The feature of department leads and departments is part of the Pro Plus Spend Management plan.
