How do I change my U.S. Bank Spend Management subscription plan?

If you are the account owner and wish to change the Spend Management subscription, follow these instructions:

  1. Select Profile & settings in the menu.  
  2. Select Subscription under the Business section, then View or change your subscription plan. 

To change from the Pro plan to Pro Plus

  1. Select Switch to Pro Plus on the Subscription page. 
  2. Select your billing cycle (monthly or annual) and Confirm.  
  3. The Pro Plus features will be available within the next business day after confirming the Pro Plus subscription change.
  4. Select Confirm. After confirming your subscription change, Pro Plus features will be available within the next business day. 

To change from the Pro Plus to Pro

  1. Select Switch to Pro on the Subscription page. 
  2. Select the reason for changing your plan. 
  3. Select Change subscription, then Confirm your change.

Your Spend Management account will retain access to the Pro Plus features until the end of the current billing cycle. Once you switch to the Pro subscription, your access to certain features exclusive to the Pro Plus subscription, such as bulk editing, departments, department leads, auto-categorization, approval requests, and more, will change. We recommend reviewing our subscription plans to ensure that you understand which features you will no longer be able to access after the current billing cycle.
