The status dashboard can be used to find out the latest information on various requests, such as:
Debit and credit card order tracking
Fraud and dispute claims
Balance transfers
Credit limit increase requests
To find the status dashboard in online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App
Select the account linked to the request you want to check on, then choose Account.
Scroll to locate the Services tile, then select Status dashboard.
Your active, in progress and completed requests will display. Select View details for more information. Important: There may be times when we might ask you to upload documentation or provide more details on a request. Please complete any additional steps as needed.
