How to save and manage your credit card in bill pay for business.

You can save a credit card in Bill Pay for Business and use it to pay eligible vendors. This article explains what to know, how to add a card, and how to remove one in digital banking.

What to know about paying with a credit card

  • A processing fee applies when you pay with a credit card.
    The total fee shows before you submit the payment.
  • You can add a Visa® or MasterCard® credit card.
  • Only a Level 1 user can add a credit card.
  • If you are a Pro plan Level 1 user, you can allow other users to pay with the card.
  • Not all vendors are eligible for credit card payments. 
  • If a vendor is not eligible for credit card payments, the credit card option appears grayed out in the funding account section.

  1. Select Transfer & pay, then choose Pay bills for your business.
  2. Go to Settings:
    • Online banking: Select Settings, then Funding methods.
    • U.S. Bank Mobile App: From Pay bills, choose Settings, then Funding methods.
  3. In the Credit card section, select Add card.
  4. Enter the one‑time passcode you receive.
  5. Enter your credit card details, then select Save and continue.
  6. Enter the cardholder details.
  7. Select Save & close or Save & assign users.

How to delete a credit card in Bill Pay for Business.

  1. Go to Settings and open Funding methods.
  2. Select the three dots next to the credit card.
  3. Choose Delete.
  4. Select Delete again to confirm.
