You can save a credit card in Bill Pay for Business and use it to pay eligible vendors. This article explains what to know, how to add a card, and how to remove one in digital banking.
What to know about paying with a credit card
- A processing fee applies when you pay with a credit card.
The total fee shows before you submit the payment.
- You can add a Visa® or MasterCard® credit card.
- Only a Level 1 user can add a credit card.
- If you are a Pro plan Level 1 user, you can allow other users to pay with the card.
- Not all vendors are eligible for credit card payments.
- If a vendor is not eligible for credit card payments, the credit card option appears grayed out in the funding account section.

- Select Transfer & pay, then choose Pay bills for your business.
- Go to Settings:
- Online banking: Select Settings, then Funding methods.
- U.S. Bank Mobile App: From Pay bills, choose Settings, then Funding methods.
- In the Credit card section, select Add card.
- Enter the one‑time passcode you receive.
- Enter your credit card details, then select Save and continue.
- Enter the cardholder details.
- Select Save & close or Save & assign users.

How to delete a credit card in Bill Pay for Business.
- Go to Settings and open Funding methods.
- Select the three dots next to the credit card.
- Choose Delete.
- Select Delete again to confirm.
