How do I switch between my digital banking profiles?

Link your digital banking profiles to easily switch between them.

To switch between digital banking profiles using online banking

  1. From your dashboard, choose Profile & settings at the top of the page.
  2. Locate the Linked profiles section and select the profile you’d like to go to.
    Note: You must be logged into your business banking profile to find this feature.

To switch between digital banking profiles using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. From your dashboard, open the main menu (upper left corner).
  2. Locate the Linked profiles section and select Switch next to the profile you’d like to go to.
    Note: You must be logged into your business banking profile to find this feature.

If you switch to another business profile, you can repeat these steps to return to the previous one, or switch to a different one.

If you switched to a personal profile, you’ll need to log out and log into your business profile to return to it.

About linking and switching between your profiles

  • The process of linking your profiles is only available on usbank.com through your business banking profile.

  • You can switch between profiles in online banking and the U.S. Bank Mobile App after the profiles are linked.
  • Each profile must have their own username and password. 
  • You can link profiles in the following combinations:
    • Business banking to personal banking.
    • Business banking to business banking.
  • You cannot link a profile that belongs to someone else.
