How to log in to Spend Management using online banking

Business owners

Option 1: Access from the Business Card Dashboard

1. Log in to Business Online Banking (OLB) using your business credentials.
2. From the dashboard, select one of your credit cards.
3. On the Business Card dashboard, find the Spend Management widget on the right side.
4. Select Go to Spend Management.

Option 2: Access from Business Tools

1. Log in to Business online banking using your business credentials.
2. From the dashboard, select Business Tools in the top‑right corner.
3. Under Banking, select Spend Management.

Quick access: You can also go to https://app.spend.usbank.com/ and log in using your business online banking credentials.

Employees

1. Navigate to https://app.spend.usbank.com/.
2. Select Employee.
3. Log in using the email on file and password used during initial set up.

*Employees must be invited by a business owner or admin. An invitation email is sent during setup.

How to log in to Spend Management using the mobile app

Business owners

1. Download the Spend Management app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Log in using your Business OLB username and password.

Employees

1. Download the Spend Management app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Log in using the email address on file and the password you created during initial setup.*

*Employees must be invited by a business owner or admin and will receive an invitation email.
