How to log in to Spend Management using online banking

Business Owners

Option 1: From the Business Card dashboard

1. Log in to Business Online Banking (OLB) using your business username and password.
2. From the dashboard, select one of your credit cards.
3. On the card page, find the Spend Management widget on the right side.
4. Select Go to Spend Management.

Option 2: From Business Tools

1. Log in to Business Online Banking.
2. From the dashboard, select Business Tools in the top-right corner.
3. Under Banking, select Spend Management.

Quick access
You can also go to https://app.spend.usbank.com/ and log in using your business Online Banking username and password.

Employees & Admins

1. Log in to Online Banking (OLB) using your personal username and password.
2. From the dashboard, select one of your credit cards.
3. On the card page, find the Spend Management widget on the right side.
4. Select Go to Spend Management.

You can also go to https://app.spend.usbank.com/ and log in using your personal Online Banking username and password.

Important
A Business Owner or Admin must add you in Spend Management before you can log in.

Trouble logging in? (Employees & Admins)

• Make sure you are using your personal Online Banking username and password.
• Shared Access usernames and co‑owner business usernames will not work.
• If you have more than one personal Online Banking login, use the one linked to your Spend Management-enabled credit card.

How to log in to Spend Management using the mobile app

Business Owners

1. Download the Spend Management mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Log in using your business Online Banking username and password.

Employees & Admins

1. Download the Spend Management mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Log in using your personal Online Banking username and password.

Important
A Business Owner or Admin must add employees in Spend Management before they can log in.
