Upgrade to Bank Smartly Checking® using online banking

1. From the main dashboard, select Account.
2. Scroll down to Fees.
3. Select Switch to Smartly Checking.
4. Review the eligible accounts. One account will be selected automatically. Select any additional accounts you want to upgrade.
5. Follow the prompts to review terms, conditions, and rates.
6. Select Confirm.

Upgrade to Bank Smartly Checking® using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

1. From the main dashboard, select Account.
2. In the Smart Rewards section, select Get Smart Rewards.
3. Select Switch to Smartly Checking.
4. Review the eligible accounts. One account will be selected automatically. Select any additional accounts you want to upgrade.
5. Follow the prompts to review terms, conditions, and rates.
6. Select Confirm.

After you upgrade

• You will see a confirmation message on your screen.
• Your account will be updated once the process is complete.
• Rewards may take a few days to appear in your account.
