Don’t worry if you forgot your username or password. We can help you find out what your username is without logging in. As for your password, we don’t make that available to see. But you can change it to a new one to access digital banking.
To obtain your username and reset your password using usbank.com
Navigate to usbank.com. Then select Forgot username or password (found below Use passkey in the Account Login section).
If you know your username, but forgot your password:
- Enter your username, then select Continue.
- Enter the last four digits of your SSN, then select Continue.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent. Then select Continue.

If you don’t know your username and password:
- Choose I don’t know my username (found below the Username field). Then select Continue.
- Choose how you’d like us to look up your information, by phone or email. Then select Continue.
- Phone: Enter your mobile phone number on file and choose Continue.
- Email: Enter the email address on file then select Continue.
- Provide the last four digits of your SSN. Then choose Continue.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent. Then select Continue.

- If you don’t know your password, choose Reset Password.
Note: You’ll be asked to verify your information again.- Enter the last four digits of your SSN. Then select Continue.
- Enter the one-time passcode sent. Then choose Continue.
- Create a new password and re-enter it. Then select Update Password.
To obtain your username and reset your password using the U.S. Bank Mobile App
- Open the U.S. Bank Mobile App.
- Select Get Login help (found below Create a username and password).
- Enter the mobile phone number we have on file and the last four digits of your SSN. Then select Continue.
- We’ll explain we’re sending a code to your mobile device to keep your information secure. Select Continue.

- Your username will be provided to you on the screen. You can select Login if you know your password.
- If you don’t know your password, select Reset password.
- Create a new password and re-enter it. Then select Update password.
