What to know about your credit card transition

Union Bank is joining U.S. Bank and our goal is to make your transition as seamless as possible. U.S. Bank offers a variety of both personal and business credit cards, including options for cash back, flexible rewards, low interest and credit building.

If you have a Union Bank Credit Card, you should have received a new U.S. Bank Credit Card in the mail.

June 20

This is the last day to redeem your Union Bank Credit Card rewards before they transfer to your new card. You won’t be able to redeem your rewards from June 20 through 28 as your account transitions to U.S. Bank.

Union Bank Credit Cards and the associated credit card account numbers are deactivated.

You can view your past Union Bank transaction history and your current U.S. Bank Credit Card balance with U.S. Bank mobile and online banking.

Your Union Bank Credit Card rewards balance is available at U.S. Bank.

Here's what you need to do now.

Use your card as usual.

There’s nothing you need to do now – just keep using your Union Bank Credit Card as usual until your new U.S. Bank Credit Card arrives.

Update your contact info.

Make sure your contact information is up to date with Union Bank prior to your credit card account transition in June. Check your mail and email regularly for additional information about your new credit card account.

Set up digital access.

You can sign up for mobile and online banking today to view your new U.S. Bank Credit Card account.
